Top Twenty Reasons Why Lion-O and Cheetara Belong Together
(A warning to you Tygra fans: You might not want to read this so we suggest you skip it.)
This Top Twenty brought to you by Lady Thundera and Tatiana!
Note: the first three reasons are only the opinions of the person given credit. :)
1.) Peter Lawrence (writer and script editor) told us that Cheetara would be more interested in Lion-O than Tygra.
(So for the tygra fans - ha ha! :-P)
2.) Kimberly Morris (writer) gave us sufficient evidence to prove that there were subtle tones of a Lion-O and
Cheetara romance.
3.) Lee Dannacher (supervising producer) replied that, had the series gone on further, Cheetara and Lion-O would
have had a romantic interlude.
4.) Lion-O and Cheetara look better together.
5.) Cheetara and Tygra want to make you puke. (We’re going to get flamed aren’t we? Oh, who cares.)
6.) Panthro and Cheetara don’t look right. Besides, they act more like friends.
7.) "Sixth Sense". (Hello!!! We’ll need another top twenty to explain all that goes on in that episode,
so we advise you to watch it.)
8.) "Telepathy Beam". (Come on, people!!)
9.) Cheetara wants a strong man, and that’s not Tygra. (Now we're really going to get flamed! Heh heh!)
10.) Lion-O needs an heir, and it’s obviously going to be Cheetara he’ll want to mate with. ("Mechanical Plague"
- future generations - duh!)
11.) Cheetara's sixth sense goes off about Lion-O most of the time.
12.) Cheetara saved Lion-O in "Secret of the Ice King".
13.) Cheetara worries about him more than anyone else. (See "Lord of the Snows" as an example.)
14.) "All the Glitters" (The ending where he picks her up. Come on, you know he wasn’t just thanking
her for giving up the gold. He was overwhelmed with emotion.)
15.) "Chain of Loyalty" (He touches her butt. Oh, we know you people are going to rewatch that episode
now!!)
16.) "Jade Dragon" (They were both inside the dragon, which was previously a wedding gift.)
17.) In "Exodus", she says he’s handsome.
18.) In "The Ghost Warrior", she’s the first to defend him, and he’s concern for her when she was about
to use her psychic powers.
19.) "Return to Thundera" (Part One and Two - Cheetara senses when the Sword of Omens is whole. Enough
said.)
20.) Cheetara was NOT the female left behind with Tygra on Third Earth during the fourth season. (Heh heh!)
